Returns are available for nearly everything Works Of Trinity sells. Your purchase history on our marketplace displays the latest eligible date for a return or replacement, however, we recommend keeping track of all manufacturer packaging and your receipt for a minimum of 4 weeks after purchase.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Works Of Trinity does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that there will not be any returns on any orders for face masks.
Ebooks are not returnable or refundable and cannot be exchanged after purchase. By purchasing eBooks, you are acknowledging that you are capable of downloading them and that there is no return, refund, or exchange for purchasing them.
Our books are printed on-demand by our printing partner. Books must be unused to be returned to us. We may not require that damaged physical products be returned to us, nor do we guarantee returns will be accepted. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
IF YOU RECEIVE A BOOK THAT IS DAMAGED, WE WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT COPY AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION BASED UPON PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF SAID DAMAGE. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date through our printing partner’s online Customer support form.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Works Of Trinity reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Domestic returns shipment is free. International return shipment is paid by the buyer.
